Spend your vacation in a comfortable, clean, and private mountain cabin with hot tub, fireplace, reliable work-ready wifi (but maybe just unplug already!), kitchen & gas grill and gorgeous views. Some dogs are allowed with signed agreement and a pet fee in Cabins 2,3 & 4.

DETAILS
Our hand-built comfortable cabins are open year-round and cater to every comfort. The cabins are cantilevered over the forest floor and surrounded by trees with big views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The cabins are equipped with reliable high speed Fiber Optic WIFI, gas grills, hot tubs, indoor fireplaces (open Fall-Spring), kitchens, SMART TVs, games, books and private decks with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
We always get asked, “which cabin is the best?”
It's so hard to say because they are all wonderful and unique, offering similar amenities. Even we don’t have favorites! (Well we do, but it changes all the time!) We’re sure you’ll be over the moon with whichever cabin you choose to stay in. Cabin 2 is the largest (sleeps 6) and had its bathroom renovated in March of 2023.
Who Stays at Treehouse Cabins?
Our guests recommend us for special occasions and honeymoons, private weekend getaways, family vacations, or secluded retreats. Also great for a local staycation, as a work-from-home alternative and with options for family and pet-friendly stays. Please let us know if you are interested in renting out the entire property for a family reunion or small private retreat. We can accommodate 10 comfortably with room for up to 14.
We are pet-friendly!
Starting in January 2020, we started hosting pets in certain cabins with prior approval, an additional fee, and a signed pet agreement.
What to do while visiting Hot Springs?
On property or off, there are lots to do. Take a drive into the historic town of Hot Springs, a 5-minute drive from the cabins, and explore the shops and galleries. Before you do anything stop by the Hot Springs Welcome Center, located across the street from the post office and Gentry’s Hardware.
We have pulled together a lot of information about what to do and where to go in Hot Springs and the surrounding area and created cabin books for our guests. These books are available to our confirmed guests as PDFs and can also be found inside each cabin upon arrival.

The remaining amount is to be paid 14 day(s) before arrival.

All paid prepayments are non-refundable.

A pre-authorization of €216 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 4 day(s) after departure

Our Rental Policies on Cancellations, Smoking and Pets
You can also book on Airbnb using this link (Airbnb) which accurately reflects what we have available though the fees may be slightly higher.
*PLEASE NOTE: We have Seasonal & Holiday Rates with October being our peak month. In general, all weekends are a 3-night minimum and mid-week are 2-nights.
CANCELLATIONS
A non-refundable payment of 50% is required to reserve your cabin. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to check-in. Once paid, this is also non-refundable.
*If you need to cancel your trip after paying your deposit but prior to the 2nd payment, you may use your first payment toward a future reservation. If you cancel after the 2nd payment has been made (less than 2 weeks prior to your reservation) you will forfeit your entire payment.
NOTE: we will do our best to try to re-rent your canceled reservation and if successful, YOU will get a refund or credit for whatever we can recoup. (We may need to discount the cabin in order to re-rent it.)
SMOKING
Is never allowed inside any of our properties. If you must smoke please do this outside and dispose of butts in a garbage receptacle, never on the ground.

PETS
Some dogs are accepted in cabins 2,3 & 4 with PRIOR APPROVAL, Pet Agreement, and $100 fee. NO puppies, only WELL TRAINED housebroken dogs will be considered (maximum 2). Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
*GUESTS WHO VIOLATE OUR RULES WILL BE CHARGED A $250 DAMAGE FEE.
